The Process
Over the years, the partners and staff at L&L Landscaping, Inc. have streamlined the design and installation process making it as efficient and stress-free as possible for our clients. You will deal with one company.
Bruce Lance (A founding partner) meets you at the project location to listen to your individual needs, goals and desires. Bruce will note the site's positive features and challenges with the corresponding trade offs and costs.
- You will receive a "ballpark" estimate based on the initial meeting.
- A conceptual design is developed and evaluated by our design staff.
- The conceptual design and corresponding costs are explained to you in detail and revised if necessary.
- Colorized plan is finalized with all specifications. We meet to discuss installation, contract and scheduling.
- Professional L&L crew installs landscape with supervision on site.
- Upon completion of construction, L&L initiates a final walk-through explaining maintenance issues, etc.
