How Can L & L give a 3 year Guarantee on all their work?
Some companies claim to have the best quality work- L&L delivers- as evidenced by our 3 year guarantee on all of our work. That’s right- Patios, Concrete, Masonry, Arbors (and the paint job!) Grading, Soil preparation, Irrigation, Drainage, Planting, Lighting- everything!
How can L&L do that? We design not only for aesthetics but also function and structural integrity, use only high quality materials and have highly trained personnel doing the install. L&L’s owner and designer each do regular site visits to reinforce trained procedures and ensure project integrity. We control the whole process from start to finish.
Being detail oriented and controlling the whole process is the secret. We can;
- Design the yard so all components work together as a system
- Utilize our 30 plus years of installation experience within the planning process
- Design a patio so it won’t crack all to hell. Guarantee our concrete- you’re darn right we do! We can design in structural features where needed and then control the entire grade, form, pour and installation process- very important!
- Design a yard to enhance the drainage and irrigation to prevent any problems with your homes foundation
- Provide a total SOLUTION- Beautiful and Functional- not just a plan with specs and a promise.
So what’s the catch- L&L is a small company only doing 30 or so projects per year-that’s it. Our model isn't’t one established on volume.
There are a select few Architects, Builders or Landscape Designers committed to doing the highest quality work that recommend L&L and if our input is integrated into the final landscape design we can extend our guarantee to these projects also.
1-01-09 The L&L 3 year Guarantee_____
L&L Landscaping will guarantee all work on projects that we have done complete- the design through installation- for a period of 3 years- Patios, Arbors (including paint!), Masonry, Grading, Drainage, Irrigation, Soil Preparation, Lighting and Planting- all included, assuming proper maintenance- reference L&L’s “Landscape Maintenance Guide” dated 1-01-09 for proper procedures
The fine print exclusions;
Accidents, acts of god and Structurally Engineered items are not covered-
Concrete- some minor hairline cracks periodically occur due to earthquakes, etc-not covered
Our clients can rest assured we have their best interests in mind. We have no incentive to cheat or take shortcuts with your project. If you have a plant that has died, gotten too big for the location or just never really done much- we replace it. If there is a wet spot, dry spot, drainage problem or anything wrong with items we have installed- call us and we will fix or replace it- guaranteed.
